Qualifications For Renting a Property 

To qualify you must have:

Previous rental history

1 year of consistent employment

No evictions within the last three years

Earn 3x the monthly rent with verifiable income.

No open judgements for fees of $1800 or more within the past 3 years

Credit score 550 or above (if credit score is lesser that does not exclude you;  to qualify higher deposit will be necessary)
